Opera has become unusable on my windows 11 computer.
One Youtube and one Facebook tab and Opera uses 70% of my CPU (i5-1135G7).

How to disable ?

Version 82.0.4227.23, Extremely slow on facebook, typing comments is pretty much impossible, I also noticed that no matter how many times I check boxes "don't ask me again" for any alert, Opera never remembers and always ask me again.
