@leocg I just found it, apparently I enabled website notifications.....
The instructions I was given was to go into settings-Website-Notifications...But on my setup there wasn't a "websites" settings and was why I was having problems finding it and setting up...
I think I have it now, haven't seen a pop up in 10 minutes compared to ten every 3 minutes....
I really appreciate all your help and replying. I hope I've got this licked.
