Is there 1 add-on like Xmarks for sync to browsers the favs?

Using Opera at win 7 32 bits monitor says:

I use those 2 bars in two colums 1 for extension bar and another colum for side bar
both bars is almost empty.. so if you devs think in merge 2 bars in one bar I could use only 1 full-bar...
