You only need to do MKLINK once! (per operating system installation (if you reinstall Windows make sure to redo MKLINK))
It's a shame Opera doesn't allow cache to be changed from app settings. Opera developers don't know how to do such a feature.
Also I requested Tab stacking feature, finally dev from Opera replied basically stating that they don't have the know how.
And I believe that. Vivaldi browser has Tab stacking made by ex-Opera dev.
