Downloading files fails every time. The file is part finished, then stops. If I resume from the downloads menu, it downloads the file but doesn't complete it. It just keeps going saying it has downloaded "n" of "n", ie. it should be done. There is no partial file in the Downloads folder.

I think the problem is, I can't pick a Download folder on the part of the phone's storage that I have access to. I only get a list of system folders, which I cannot choose, and 'sdcard' among other things is greyed out (I can't even access its subfolders). My phone is not rooted.
