I finally got Earth Under Siege wallpaper installed & it's working on my computer. The only thing I can think of is the new computer (July, 2020) didn't have updates to get this wallpaper installed & working.

I have a new computer. Why can't I install this wallpaper?? I could on my old computer. I have a new 24" monitor. Is that the reason?
