Saving often used cookies, delete rest on quit

I am on this version: 55.0.2994.61 running on an iMac High Sierra 10.13.6

I used to be able to decide to have cookies saved for sites I constantly use such as my google mail. This meant that when quitting Opera, all history/cookies etc would be deleted except for the ones specified to be kept. This doesn't appear no longer available. Am I missing something?
