Some of the import wizards at the URL opera://settings/importData seem to be broken at the moment. Probably due to breaking changes in Chromium.
but i might have to go back to google because i need my passwords.
In both Chrome and Opera, goto the URL chrome://password-manager/settings. In Chrome, click "Download file" to export your passwords to a CSV file. In Opera, click "Select file" and point it to the CSV file to import your passwords.
