RE: no extensions iconsOpera for Windows
@leocg My apologies- i misspoke- i do get the cube icon of course,
but i was mystified by your feedback, until i realized that your wording was misleading (too).
One doesn't click on the extension's icon- that does nothing. One clicks on the pin icon itself to accomplish the pinning.
A label, like "Click here to pin icon to address bar" would've helped! No thanks to Opera for that bit of mystifying lack of documentation.
Thanks for the tip!

no extensions iconsOpera for Windows
I install extensions but icons never appear on main bar, so most never work.
Since dark mode is vital for me, i'll fix this soon or will have to revert to Firefox (it's not ideal, but does have the world's best color adjuster). -
Best easy-on-eyes addon?Opera add-ons
Hi folks-
I'm an old Opera hand but drifted away when it went to chromium land.
Now i've been pestered back to it (Firefox bugs) but have a huge hurdle- i'm very glare sensitive and the geniuses at Opera Still refuse to add a color-controller, like in Firefox (enabling gray background with white text).
There are perhaps a dozen (even more via chromium) miscellaneous dark mode add-ons. None (yeah, weird) does anything i can see. I can see a conflict with one, but with all of them???! But this is my problem i guess.
My question here: which is the most reliable/functional of the lot? Which should i focus on?
If i could find such a magical addon i'd be happy. Well, for true happiness i'd need zoom-to-fit and spacebar advance to next page add-ons but if Opera was dumb enough to write them out, they're clearly not smart enough to return them.
Thanking you in advance for your help-
Still loving Opera (love is irrational!) but needing help.... -
RE: PageExpandOpera add-ons
Not sure it's supposed to reproduce Opera's long-ago (12.15) cherished "zoom to fit" so i won't complain about that.
I am however frustrated by this add'on's nerdiness. It does, with difficulty, zoom thumbnails, but it reverses their colors in process. How do i fix this??? -
RE: Dark theme For All WebsitesOpera add-ons
Works erratically. Ironically, not on Opera's Add-On's page! And even when it does work, no way to adjust color or brightness of background color or font.

RE: Page ShadowOpera add-ons
Just Does Not Work. Totally inert- i tweaked different settings, ensured slider was set to Enabled etc. but it does nothing. WTF? (Windows 7 64bit user)
