Sorry if this is a redundant post.

Opera Version 20.0
Windows 8.1
Samsung ATIV Plus 9

Problem - all other browsers seem to work OK, but Opera has rendering issues:

• the title bar text is extremely small (almost unreadable).
• the tabs and tab text are extremely small (almost unreadable).
• web page text is OK, but compressed as if there is a very wide left / right margin setting.

This is a brand new box. Samsung doesn't offer support for compatibility issues.
