Chrome and Firefox already solved the problem in their latest releases. (yep, IE didn't...)
In sites using the CSS style html,body{ overflow:hidden; }, using CTRL+F (or opening the search mode) should only look the visible viewport and prevent the automatic scroll when finding something outside it.
