Does the I.P. address assigned to me while using Opera's built-in VPN also get assigned to other users?
For context: some online games that do not allow multiple accounts use I.P. logging to work out if anyone is violating their terms of service.
I only ask because I recently had an issue where due to using a browser based VPN (Touch VPN) that other users of the same game were obviously using, unfortunately for me (and them) I along with those 3 other players (that have noting to do with me) apparently connected to the same game from the same I.P. address, and got flagged by the makers of the game for violating the multi-account part of their terms of service. This despite the fact that those other 3 players and I have nothing to do with one another!
So evidently, Touch VPN seem to use a pool of I.P. addresses and share them amongst all the users of their VPN.
So my related secondary question is: will this issue also be a risk using the VPN built into this new version of Opera?
Thank you very much for any light anyone can shed on this matter. I'm sure this issue will be faced by many more, so clarity on this matter one way or another will be very helpful to many users.
