I just tested using the "Page load time" extention and it loads faster with Opera's adblock turned off and uBlock Origin on.

I use both Opera adblocker and AdBlock (quite similar to uBlock). I have unchecked [most] AdBlock lists (Opera processes them faster); I am using it mainly for selective content blocking.
You can disable-enable either blocker on per-site basis too.

Do you know what list blocks prime ads on Twitch?
