Сохранил файлы bookmarks , favorites ,stash. после чего переустановил винду , скачал оперу и заменил там файлы на сохранённые и в самом браузере почему-то ничего не изменилось.

I saved the files bookmarks, favorites, stash. then reinstalled Windows, downloaded the opera and replaced the files there with saved ones and for some reason nothing changed in the browser itself.
