opera GX wont download files, gets stuck at 100 and im stuck with these TMP files help

How do i turn on chromium api in opera GX?

So the Speed dial button renames all new tabs into speed dial and all new tabs i open have the same name, all the button does is go into a new tab what do i do to fix this?!
