When watching YouTube shorts, the buttons Opera GX put on videos covers the normal Youtube buttons and makes those nearly impossible to click on. Is there anyway to disable or move the Opera GX buttons?

Is there a way to change the parameters of the time of the search bar in Opera GX? I've only found how to disable it so far.
I am in CET, and the conversion of EST is consistently wrong by 1 hour. It screws with me quite regularly.

Is there a way to change the format of hours on Opera GX, 12 hours to 24 hours, and vice versa. My system and the browser history use the 24 hours system, but the other websites use 12 hours when I'm prompted to enter a time.

@leocg This isn't true. My system uses the 24 hour clock, and Opera almost never follows it.
