@his-beth My understanding after discovering the issue for myself is that Comcast does not support the Opera Browser. It kind of bites it too because when I use Chrome as a net browser it constantly shuts down while reading news articles and shows me the stupid message "Ah Snap!". I just hate that.
I am fairly new to using Opera but I like it except for this fact. I can't stand the browsers offered by Windows and rarely use Firefox but I may have to be looking to make some changes. It sucks having to use different browers for different activities.
