@Himmelssheriff99 It's gone with the most recent update to 117.0.5408.35, fortunately.

@raphaelbm Yes, communication isn't always ideal. They call it an "stable update", although it's the first stable version for a whole lot of users at all.

RE: Modular Media Players in OperaBlogs
I've noticed this behavior today: Whenever I draw the media player into a corner of my window, it disappears from there whenever I engage with another sidebar shortcut like WhatsApp or Flow e.g. It doesn't happen intantly with opening one of them but with typing or clicking into them.
Is this meant to be this way or is it a bug?
I'm on Opera One(Version: 116.0.5366.131)

@raphaelbm I think he was just guessing. No withdrawel announcement from Opera‘s side.

RE: Opera 117Blogs
Only for the record: It's really not an issue for Mac only. I made a clean install from the official website on my Windows work PC and got the same result: It's version 116 still.

@deathcat I also think, they should focus on the normal flagship browser. From a marketing perspective I see some worth in building a gimmicky browser, but here's where the sustainable win lies with long time users. Speaking only about me, I wish a reliable and secure browser, not one trailing recent Chromium versions.

@leocg Oh, that I read, indeed. But I'm not talking about the auto update. I downloaded the installer from the announcement in this blog. Even that didn't bring me the new version.
Anyway, I keep patient for now. - Blogs

@mathias87 It's the same with me: Work PC has the update, private MacBook hasn't.
But even if I download Opera from the homepage I only get version 116, still. So it has nothing to do with updates rolled out sooner or later. - Blogs

RE: Not on 117 yetGeneral
Unfortunately this has been moved to "General", although this is only happening on Mac.
