Opera has some phone-style shortcuts in the Android browser. I did comment years ago that I had a Bluetooth keyboard with a real Ctrl key and so on and thus standard desktop shortcuts would be nice, but so far nothing. And these days it's not just Bluetooth keyboards but a number of "2-in-1" devices with detachable keyboards. Hopefully they'll reconsider.
