Close both browsers and copy and paste the files Bookmarks and Favicons from %localappdata%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default to %appdata%\Opera Software\Opera Stable.
When launching Opera, you will find your bookmarks in the Imported bookmarks folder. You will also retain your bookmarks’ icons this way as these would be lost otherwise.
