Sometimes when I start Opera, it opens in full screen mode, which I don't want. It's random and annoying and happening since several versions ago.
I can't find any option, is there a way to force Opera to start in normal, not full screen mode?
I often use Opera with NordVPN, might that have any influence on how Opera is started, normal or FS mode?
