just installed opera gx for windows, and the program won't open. i have tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times and restarting my PC and nothing seems to be working, it just doesn't open

Try these combinations:
Windows Key + D.
Windows Key + Space.
Alt + Space.
Hopefully it will work for you.
