(sorry for my english)
You need to do go on Windows10

Settings>System,default apps>default app>scroll down and choose "define the default values by applying"
choose Opera in the left column
scroll down
And choose "choose default settings"
check Htm, HTML,Http Https etc.. (replace the Edge settings with opera with just check it)
