I use the mouse-right gesture for opening a new tab in Firefox. Opera's default gesture for opening a new tab seems to be mouse-down. Is there a way to change this to mouse-right?

Is there an option to modify mouse gestures? I see Opera uses the mousedown gesture to open a new tab, but I'm used to using the mouseright gesture I have set up in Firefox.

If not, could the ability to modify mouse gestures be added?

I agree. Sorry you had this problem, but when it comes to backups, always do it manually. Never trust automatic backup systems.

Seeing as no-one else answered your question:

Opera Presto is/was the old one that used the superior Presto rendering engine. Version numbers from 1.xx to 12.xx
Opera Blink is the new one that uses the inferior Blink engine and removed most customization. Version numbers are 15+

They can't convince you it doesn't secretly use Google unless Opera releases the source code, which I'm pretty sure they won't do.

You don't have to worry about Google tracking unless you're doing something illegal, and even then, they're not likely to do anything about it.
