grupa001 gave me the answer!!! Thanks!!! ZoneAlarm anti-Keylogger was the problem!!! About the time I updated Opera, I clicked on a ZoneAlarm pop up and updated it ... saw the anti-Keylogger and thought that might be nice ... WRONG if I want to type into Opera 12.xx. I turned off ZoneAlarm keylogger feature, did a restart of the computer, and things are back to normal. WHEW!!!!

Opera has several features that are not in any other browser. For some reason U.S. Bank will not let me log in using 12.xx, but just discovered I can use 20.xx for it, but password feature not working ... just have to type in my password.
