I would not recommend using the built-in ad blocker and ABP at the same time.
Both Opera’s ad blocker and ABP also appear to have a reputation for letting certain ads through (even with the white list option unticked in ABP’s settings). You may wish to have a look at uBlock which is more efficient and lightweight than other extensions.
If you keep seeing common ads, your PC is most likely infected with adware. You could run AdwCleaner to attempt to get rid of them.
