I have tried reinstalling several times after thoroughly removing all traces. I have seen answers and suggestions in various forums - at their suggestions I tried installing it in the Programme files folder, I've tried running it offline, I've tried running it under Admin. Nothing makes any difference. I haven't had any problems in the past and it's been my favourite browser for many years. It is on Windows10.
