@leocg Here it got played on Safari and Firefox. On Chrome it was downloaded and then played.
Do you believe it has to do with the file and not with the browser? Could it be that an extension of the browser will help? What would happen with avi or mov? - Opera for Mac

If I code with href, it gets downloaded whereas with other browsers it gets played without being downloaded - Opera for Mac

How can I configure Opera so that when clicking on a link pointing to a video it reads it instead of downloading the file?
