When Opera boots, a window pops up asking to use confidential info in Keychain. I had a brief power failure while booted - off then on in a few seconds. After that, upon computer restart, the window will not disappear after clicking "Deny." It requires a series of rapid clicks to make it go, but then appears again later, same thing.
