Make sure Opera's window is not maximized so that you can see at least part of your desktop. Then, on the tab in question, drag the badge at the left of the address field (usually the lock icon) and drop it on your desktop. That will create a shortcut for that tab that will launch in the default browser on the system when you double-left-click it.
