i never created a passphrase but opera is still asking me to enter one and when i try to reset it it just says "you have no synced data" "log into opera and sync" but i AM logged in, idk what to do someone help me

yo so im in egypt and opera gx is banned in egypt so i need to use a vpn to access basically any opera website, but i need to reset my catchphrase but since im using a vpn the page doesnt load. so now i cant enable sync, can someone help me?
