Something that pisses me off tremendously is that it's impossible to install an apk through the opera touch download manager page. .zip files also often misbehave.

Opening the file through a separate file manager app launches the install correctly. But from the download manager page everything just goes horribly wrong.

Also, Opera Touch does not play nice with Lastpass. Not sure if this is because of Opera Touch of Lastpass.

I have similar issues whenever I download any .APK files from androidfilehost.

The files download perfectly, but the APK is unusable. Downloading the same APK through regular opera and the APK is perfectly usable.

Downloading .zip files from github in opera touch downloads a .bin file for some reason. Same link in regular opera downloads the correct .zip file.

There are some consistent issues with Opera touch that would be nice to see fixed. Until then it's hard to use a main browser unfortunately

Same issue here. I have tried to bring it to the attention of the devs as well. No reaction so far. Would be nice if they would solve it. Impossible to use as a main browser as it is.

I use lastpass extensively on my phone to manage all passwords.
It works very well all over android 8.x. Except for in Opera Touch. Lastpass only gives me passwords for Opera Link, but not for the respective sites I'm on. This is not an issue in the normal opera browser.

Cannot agree more. I use about 3 desktop/laptops daily because of work. It sucks so hard I can't flow to all 3 of them.

I just set-up an other PC from scratch (Small, Intel Compute-like stick PC), installed Opera on a totally fresh Windows 10. Same version. No problem to run facebook gifs.

Hi,

I refreshed my Surface Pro 3 a few days ago. Reinstalled everything, all works perfectly, except for GIFs on facebook.
When I try to open them, I get the following error:

Do I really have to install flash to see gifs on facebook?

Also, a small sidequestion, is there a way to hide the big opera button in the top left of the browser, like you could back in the good old customizable opera days?
