What exactly? My GPU drivers? They are updates, and as said I do not have these problems with other browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox).

Hello, my Opera browser is having serious display issues on all websites.
There are strange flickering black bars on random positions on each website.
Reinstalling did not change anything, other browsers work without any problems.
My PC is Windows 7/64 bit and always on latest updatesHere is a picture:
