If I click on it ad blocking turns off or in completely

If I long press I get the additional options one being the exception list where I can add a url

@leocg thanks but once I do that I still have to select exception. List and then manually enter or copy paste the address. I was looking more for a 1 click solution vs min 3 steps

Ideally add option to menu to whitelist site or when long pressing the shield at least add option to add current site vs having to manually enter it or copy paste

Other than turning on or off adlocker is there a way to add a site to the exception list other than having to do 5 steps in setting?

Like maybe add option in the 3 dots button saying add exception for site or add option to long press on ad blocker icon to add exception

Currently when downloading files in Opera you need to clear the download list manually

Please add an option for it to either

Clear once done
Clear after a set amount of time

Or currently you can only clear 1 enter at a time so easiest thing would be to allow a select all option

I don't mind the icons but wish they would allow them to be resizable

@vmhoffers Yeah sync seems a little odd for opera

OK so as a work around I did the following

I use my PC on opera and go to opera.com/connect

I went to my opera app on android mobile and go to the section synchronization and backup in the option menu.

I go to connect device always with android app

on PC a click on synchronize your data and it will reveal a QR code

on android opera app click connect it will give you your mobile's camera. Scan the Qr code and everything synced over,

I also tested adding a bookmark on the PC and on the phone and both synced to each other.

For the hell of it I installed Opera Mini on the same android devices and signed in and the info was synced with no issues

Im trying to completely switch to opera as I love the overall performance and interface.

I'm using the latest version of opera on my pc (102.0.4880.56) and Samsung s22ultra (77.3.4095.74759)

I signed on on PC and all my bookmarks and password show on sync.opera.com

I sign in on my phone and it shows sync is on but nothing is syncing

In my phone settings-accounts-opera it shows

sync off for all

I have tried erasing everything that is synced on the sync website and clean installs and yet still the same issue

When I close the opera app and check bookmarks it says sync is paused and to sign in again and once logged in it will repeat the same thing next time it is closed

I also tried on my tab s9 ultra and have the same results

Am I missing something?

This should be super easy to add and actually is the only reason I still use Firefox vs opera

On any page if you press and hold on a url link the context menu pops up with

Open in New tab
Open in private tab
Copy link address

And so on

Please at to the context menu the option

Share url address

Thus people can share right away a url via email or SMS or whatever

Currently people have to copy the address and then share it by opening the app they want to use

Its a super small code change with lots of benefits
