@bobyell all I want back are my speed dials, But same thing, it updates and they are gone. Now I can see them in "about bookmarks" or some such shit.
If I can get the info, I will be usinf Vivalsi from now on.

There is the uusual set(s) of icoins that can be used with the workspaces. Line drawings and a host of common emojis. There are four rows.
Below them is a single icon that is in color. Clicking that icon opens a search bar that allows a search of the availaable colored icons. I have been able to use those in the past, but not now.

That is what I am talking about.
And since you are a Moderator Leo, I gotta ask, (knowing what the odds are, but still, I gotta). Any odds on getting an icon maekr/editor? Perhaps there already IS one that can make icons for Opera? (Realizing that the place to load them may be close to impossibly nested...)

Have Opera themselves weighed in on this matter?
Do they know?
Do they care?

And is there even a place where they qill pay attention to their alienated users?

Anyone else? Opera Support doesn't answer requests, of this kind, any kind. Al I know is that this worked at one time but isn't working for me now.

One the screenshot, about middle and left there is a set of icons. At the bottom of the set there is what looks like a computer. Used to be, clicking on that would bring up MORE of the colored ones and a search box for finding more. Ah, now I did find the icons.
Click the icon I have been mentioning and the addition icons come up, but that won't "take".

I was using the colored icons for the workspaces. Unfortunately, I needed to do a reset.
Now as I set up my workspaces again Opera isn't letting me do to special, colored icons,
My only option are the lline drawings or the "usual" cheesy set of emojis.
Any ideas?
And yes, as mentioned MANY other places, an icon editor/creator would be awesome.

@beacon07 Try Vivaldi. In a recommendation for browsers to use, Vivaldi was listed along with Opera.

@orshee I am upset with this also. I love the speed dials. When I click of the 'view bookmark' I can see the SD's and in their folders. But I can't find a way to pull them out and make them usable.
