When using Foxit Reader PDF Printer, Opera 19.0 closes. The output goes to print properly. This is on a Win XP SP3 32bit machine.
Cannot find the problem yet.

However when using print as PDFCreator, the pdf prints properly and no crash.

Are there any tweaks to make so that printing to Foxit does not close Opera?
