Nope, didn't work.

Just tried to desinstall the browser and install it from the offline installer, still the same problem.
Tried to use the next's house internet, still the same problem.
Tried to use my cellphone 3G internet, still the same problem.
I really don't know what i could do to solve the problem.
I will try to restart my PC, but i doubt is gonna work, if it works, i will post here.

From Brazil, and i'm not using VPN and i don't know what Turbo is
For me it says only :
"Synchonization Isn't Working
Connection to the synchronization server is temporarily unavailable. Will try again soon."

And it has been almost 2 hours since the problem started

Same thing here, formated my PC today and i can't sync my bookmarks, and i had to download the browser from another website.
