Please, would you like to explain, how can we find out what happens with the codecs?

I have win10
I have opera 51
I download last version Flash Player.
I have enable Flash player to play for all sites
I reset to default opera settings.
I disable block ads
I can see the videos on firefox or edge.
I can't see the videos in:
https://open.sap.com (needs log in)
please advise.
