Checked other browsers and they can't login either. Ebay appears to be having problems.

Opera 24 Can't Login to EbayOpera for Windows
Decided to try and get used to tabs at the top of the page. Now I discovered I can't login to Ebay.
I get:
This webpage is not available
The connection to signin.ebay.com was interrupted.
Reload this webpage.
Press the reload button to resubmit the data needed to load the page.
Check your internet connection.
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
Allow Opera to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server...
Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Opera menu > Settings > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".No other browser I've tried has this issue.

Tabs Below Address and Bookmark ToolbarsOpera for Windows
I've had it with Firefox sucking up memory until my PC crashes. So far the only browser I've found that lets me move the tabs to the bottom is Maxthon. I think Opera has better features and I'd rather go with it. Is there a way to move the tabs below the address and bookmark toolbars with Opera 24 or 25? Or do I have to find an older version of Opera.
I don't understand this swing to force tabs to the top of the page. It's counter intuitive. Tabs were derived from folders in a filing cabinet. You don't flip through tabs only to get other navigation aids to other content. You expect to go directly to the content below the tab.
