Time to close my long time relationship with Opera, i cannot anymore after struggling the last 2 months of 2025. The app gives continuous warning of malware (which i believe fake but cannot stop them), sometimes it halts when opening and the icons of all links are not even loaded. Now i just upgraded to version 125.0.5729.49 and it seems opening now, but from DHL web site, when i have to open a window to upload files, the browser crashes, closes and reopens again and all my entered information in the web page is lost and i have to restart from zero. Not bearable anymore with the frequent crashes due to microsoft tampering.

Had exactly the same issue at the same moment and tried to update and also uninstall and re-install without success.

But finally this solution suggested in the tread so far has worked fine for me:

goto the URL opera://flags and reset your flags.
