"Always on Top" Toggle Button or Key Sequence?

Version: 46.0.2597.19 (PGO) - Opera is up to date
Update stream: beta
System: Windows 10 64-bit (WoW64)

Sometimes Opera goes into an "Always on Top" mode, and the only way I know to reset that is to close Opera completely and re-start it. Having a button or key sequence to toggle it would help.
