Download Opera browser with:
Go to the installation folder (ex: *C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera beta\75.0.3969.14\resources ) and delete the "Amazon Promotion" folder...
Not good Opera to install this kind of stuff without possibility to remove that as others extensions (At least it's not necessary to the good functioning of your browser!)
