Why this suddenly needs permissions to clipboard, data, etc.? Has someone hacked this to harvest user info or something?

Yes. They're gone there as well.

I was browsing casually and in the middle of it just noticed that more than a half of my Speed dial links have disappeared (Not all). Every folder innit is intact but even in folders there are multiple missing bookmarks. F.e. one folder had 20+ links and now there is only one left.
This isn't a first time, but last time there were only few links that dissappeared. This time most of them are gone.

Wtf just happened?
Is there a backup or something to restore the state from few hours ago?

I'm really about to lose my nerves for this kind of behaviour. If I have to start to backup manually my bookmarks etc. it is a serious dealbreaker for me.
