The flag is gone. Are there any other setting to disable this annoying "feature"?

I also wonder who decided to add this "feature" and didn't add option to disable this in the settings.

Please, do not fade video popup player while the mouse is over it. If you constantly keep the mouse over the player and click on the timeline to search for something - it is very hard to see what is happening on the screen because it is faded out.
