Agreed, I've always used "Auto-hide the taskbar", and now with 23 it won't re-appear. I often use the taskbar when using Opera in full screen. Finding my keyboard and the Windows button is a PITA when I normally simply use the mouse to do most of my tasks and browsing. I am surprised this simple bug was not caught early on.
