I bought a new laptop, and am in the process of reinstalling Opera and everything else that was on my old computer. I am trying to find the add-on extension for Internet Download Accelerator (https://westbyte.com/ida/), It's in my old computer, but I can't find it for the new one. Where do I find it?

I have a similar problem. I save all my passwords in Firefox, and that works fine. But I can no longer import passwords into Opera from Firefox. The Settings/Passwords is still empty.

Once in a while, for no apparent reason, I have a recurring problem in Opera. No sites will respond in Opera, but a little circle keeps spinning in the tab. (It will keep spinning for hours if I let it.) Those same sites will respond in any other browser I try; only in Opera they don't work.

The only way I have found to correct the problem is to uninstall Opera, remembering to delete my user data with it, and then reinstall it.

It's good to know there's a way to correct the problem, but it would be even better if I knew how to prevent it from occurring in the first place. What is causing it?
