Hi,
either by moving mouse arrow to the top of screen or by typing ctr+L (standard shortcut to put focus to address bar) or both.

@johnd78 Hi, yes, I just doublechecked it . There is no string "command" in C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\preferences left.

on v. 65.0.3467.42 the same problem. Deleting the content of the commands{} part did not help.
Resetting the browser did help, but lost all passwords for logins.

I don't get it to work in OP 63.x
