My suggestion would be to allow me to drag the divider bar all the way to one side, and that would exit spit screen and focus the tab that I didn't try to "dismiss"

Opera for WindowsOpera doesn't close on last tab closed
When I close all my tabs, I expect my browser to close, but instead opera opens a new speed dial tab. I was thinking about switching to opera, but this is a deal breaker. Any solutions?
