I have an HP Stream netbook running Windows 8.1. I complained on a another forum that the Opera for Windows browser ( 42.0.2393.517) was causing "low memory" issues. A poster suggested I try Opera Mini for PC. I have found download sites on for Mini for PC but it's not on the Opera site. Why is this? Is it a discontinued version? Is it hacked? Is it safe?
