Update/Solved: i try and uninstall/disable extensions one by one to see if there were conflicts and i found "Browser Lock" Version 1.0.7 by humbldump cause this issue. I will report it.

@leocg Yes, if i.e. i had 4 tabs in the main workspace and 5 in the second if i close and reopen Opera i find 9 tabs in the main workspace

Hallo.
I can't make Opera reopen the tabs ordered in workspaces but when i restart Opera are all collected in the main workspace and the others workspaces are empty.Is there a setting i can't find?
